Apart from pre-orders, an order is final once paid. We may cancel or refuse any order, including in the case of a pricing or listing error, and will refund you in full if we do.

Colors may look different depending on your screen. Product details may change without notice.

Delivery times are estimates. Once an order is handed to the carrier, it’s yours. We’re not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages after that point.

We offer exchanges instead of returns. Exchanges for a different size or color are accepted within 14 days of delivery, for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. To start one, email know@mercystayswarm.com or message @mercystayswarm on Instagram with your order number. You cover shipping back to us; we ship the replacement. In Dallas, we can arrange an exchange in person. If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

If you sign up for texts, we’ll send recurring automated marketing messages, like new releases, store openings and offers, to the number you give us. Signing up isn’t a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help. Carriers aren’t responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

The first-order code can be used once per customer.

If a size or color is out of stock, it may still be available to order and will be made for you. Made-to-order items ship within 7–10 business days.

Pre-order items ship during Ramadan 2027. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund until production begins by emailing us at know@mercystayswarm.com or messaging us on Instagram at @mercystayswarm.

The store may occasionally close or require a key to enter. Orders placed while it’s open are fulfilled as normal.

All designs, images and text on this site belong to mercy stays warm and can’t be used without permission.

Products are provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

This store runs on Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with mercy stays warm. Shopify isn’t responsible for any part of your purchase.
